You don’t need a Reservation or an Appointment to bring us your Apple device (Mac or iPhone) for repair.
You can just show up at our Upland Location to have it checked in, but it usually takes approximately one business day before we start the diagnostic process, depending on our workload at the time of check-in.
We do offer a RUSH Fee if you need your Mac diagnosed ASAP. The RUSH Fee guarantees we will start diagnosing within 2-4 business hours of being checked in. The RUSH Fee is above and beyond all other charges, and completion time is not guaranteed.
Completion time depends on several factors such as part(s) availability, delivery time of part(s), complexity of the software issue being resolved, contamination effects of Liquid Contact, and/or the difficulty of the data recovery. There may be days when our workload is too heavy and we are not able to offer a RUSH. You are more than welcome to check it in as a RUSH, but would not be able to start the diagnosis within our guaranteed 2-4 hour time frame of being checked in, but we will start the diagnosis once an open bench becomes available.
If you are not able to make it to your Appointment at the designated time, we will not cancel your Appointment, but please call us to let us know you are going to be late.
If you are not able to make it to your Appointment for any reason, please be considerate of others, and cancel your Appointment to allow someone else a chance to bring their Mac or iPhone in for repair.
